How can I pay for my order

Our company accepts the payments made by PayPal, as well as the most common debit and credit cards such as MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, etc.

We have world wide-delivery. So you can get our products anywhere in the world!

How much do I have to pay for the shipping?

You will be able to see the shipping cost before paying for your purchase. The total amount varies depending on your location.

When will I get my order?

We are located in Europe, therefore the shipping time within Europe may take 3 to 10 business days. If you are located in other countries, such as the USA or Canada, the delivery time may take up to 20 business days.
 
Please take into consideration that the shipping time might be influenced by various factors that we are not able to control. These factors may include, but are not limited to, public holidays, technical issues, extreme weather conditions, customs delays, etc.

Can you offer faster shipping?
Unfortunately, we are using mailing services which are not able to provide an option for faster shipping. Therefore you will have to be patient and wait for your parcel to arrive within given delivery time.

Where can I find the tracking information?
We are always trying to offer the best prices in the market; as a result, we are dispatching our parcels without the tracking information.

Do you have a case for my phone model?

We are manufacturing cases for the most popular phone models, such as iPhone 5, iPhone 6, iPhone 7, iPhone 8 and iPhone X, as well as most of the Samsung Galaxy Series phone models.

What are your cases made of?
We are striving for excellence, therefore our Snap cases are made of the high quality plastic (polycarbonate).
Our tough cases are made of two layers: the inside layer being shock absorbing TPU and the outside layer is made of the high quality plastic (polycarbonate).

Does the case cover the front of the phone?
All of our cases protect the back side of the device, but it does not cover the screen, however the tough case has rised lip, that can protect the phone while its facedown.
